Unfortunately attracted by the good google reviews and disappointing. The staff are incredibly unfriendly, do not wear a face mask and like to snout at guests (observed several times by other guests). We were allowed to take a seat at the standing room and take the dirty bar stools as a seat, good for now. Then 2 out of 3 went to the toilet and the staff moved the chairs away without asking, sat themselves at the bar and smoked (the bar is in the building), so it smelled like smoke. Only every second waiter needed to wear a mouthguard, the music was suddenly turned up loud and loud, and several guests left the "bar" at the same time. The music then directly attracted a certain group of people who would rather drink their red bull there, shout out loud, feel cool and smoke. Drinks were ok, value for money definitely not given and cocktails mixed wrong. Espresso wasn't really hot anymore either. Better go to Sullivan, Hunky Dory or Kinly's Bar, where you can get great service, fancy properly prepared cocktails for the same money and definitely have a more pleasant audience than there. And as you can see in the last reviews, a lot of people seem to be like me here and I worked in the restaurant myself.

Impossible to operate, threatened us with physical injury because we asked him a question. Completely inappropriate, especially after we paid € 30 per head. There are more likeable bars on the Fressgass!

Good place to hang out with friends or during shopping

1-2 years ago we really celebrated the bar, but meanwhile ... The worst service I ever had in a bar in Frankfurt. Rude, cheeky answer. Asked for water, which please should NOT be cold as answer cheeky laugh "we have only water from the fridge" and a camp where the water is and possibly room temperature has probably not.

Closed despite opening hours online, super customer-unfriendly, bartender says because of little going on today earlier.

A cozy place to sit with your friends or loved one. Fast service, nice staff. There is an opportunity to sit on the street even in the cold season, everything is heated.

Horrible and absolutely incompetent, unfriendly staff, card payment only from 20 € and you will be fully smoked. Unbearable.

Inside, good ambience. Operation partly unfriendly. So-called oven-fresh pizza has Aldi level. They are also served without cutlery. Only after inquiries, I got more or less annoyed a replacement for the flew away in the wind napkin. What I do not like at all is, if you tip with unfriendly service, this is not even accepted. The bar is for young people who do not care about professionalism (service).

Nice location in the center of Frankfurt. It offers good cuisine from all over the world, not just sour and beer.
